Terms and conditions of sale

ORDERS: All orders placed on the Busca-Maniban website are binding.

DELIVERY TIME: Goods ordered are generally delivered within 4 working days. Delivery dates are provided for information purposes only and are not binding. Delayed delivery does not in any way justify claims for damages, interest or compensation.

DISPATCH: Goods travel at the consignee's own risk. Only the consignee has recourse to the carrier for damages caused in transit. Orders are processed in good faith. The return of goods is prohibited, unless prior written approval is obtained from us. If goods are returned, postage must be paid in advance, or the returned goods will not be accepted.

PAYMENT: All goods must be paid for in full by the Customer, by credit card at the time of the order.

GUARANTEE: The Château du Busca Maniban guarantees the goods against hidden defects, according to French law (Civil Code, article 1641 onwards), whereby the vendor guarantees an item against hidden defects, which render the item unfit for normal use, or to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased the item, or would have paid less for it, had the latter been aware of such defects.
As a result, the buyer has two months (from the date of delivery) to register a complaint with the Château du Busca Maniban. Beyond this period, the Château du Busca Maniban's guarantee expires, given that the quality of storage conditions (a key factor for the shelf life of alcohol) cannot be checked. Alternatively, the buyer must provide proof that the product was already defective before it was sold.

According to article 27 of the French data protection act (n° 78-17 of 6th January 1978), you have the right to access your personal data. To exercise this right, please contact the Château du Busca Maniban.

PROTECTION OF MINORS: According to article L. 3342-1 of the French public health code, which prohibits the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of sixteen (16), the buyer confirms that he/she is aged over sixteen (16) at the time of the order, by ticking the box to accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

JURISDICTION: All legal disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Auch (Gers) in France.
