La Blanche

The brandy named Blanche is not aged in oak barrels. Having reached an alcohol content of 44°, it is then decanted into special "basquaise"s. Best enjoyed on ice, connoisseurs will appreciate its fruity aromas in combination with smoked fish or a pear sorbet. As La Blanche is still relatively unknown, it is easily confused, in a product list, with a classic clear spirit. In fact, the Blanche is in a class of its own, and once you've tried it, you will know what we mean!
